Redistribution layers (RDLs) are the copper metal interconnects that electrically connect one part of the semiconductor package to another. RDLs are measured by line and space, which refer to the width and pitch of a metal trace. Higher-end RDLs may be at 2μm line/space and smaller. The RDL is a layer of wiring metal interconnects. Since the first race at Silverstone in ’95 with Mikke driving the car until the last ever FIA International F3000 Championship race at Monza in ’04, Team Astromega has participated in each and every of the 108 organised events, taking 8 race wins and 17 podium finishes. We have worked with the likes of Fernando Alonso, Gonzalo Rodriguez, Justin Wilson, Mario Haberfeld, Giorgio Pantano, Soheil Ayari, Gaston Mazzacane and Marc Goossens.
1995
Mikke Van Hool (B)
Having been successful as a driver in Karting, F.Ford and British F3, Mikke decided to race for his own team in International F3000 in 1995 after a disappointing 1994 season with other teams.
1996
Marc Goossens (B) and Guillaume Gomez (F)
For the 1996 the composition of the team was changed in the engineering and management department.
This was also the first year of the new F3000 regulations with one-make rules. Harnett Driver Download for Windows 10. Two experienced drivers were attracted as well as experienced engineers.
With Marc Goossens the team won it’s third ever race it participated in at Enna-Pergusa.
Marc also won later that year at Magny-cours and nearly won at Spa-Francorchamps, finishing the season 3rd in the final standings.

1997
Soheil Ayari (F) and Boris deRichebourg (F)
Reigning French F3 Champion (Soheil) won his third race at Helsinki and finished the season in 6th place.
1998
Gonzalo Rodriguez (Uru) and Gaston Mazzacane (Arg)
With Gonzalo we found a real star in the making.
He won 2 races at the end of the season, Spa-Francorchamps and Nurburgring, finishing the season 3rd in the championship.
1999
Gonzalo Rodriguez (Uru) and Justin Wilson (GB)
Gonzalo won in magnificent style at Monaco and very likely would have finished 2nd in the championship if it hadn't been for that fatal day in Laguna Seca. Justin Wilson was top rookie in what arguably was one of the hardest championships ever run with no less than 42 cars entered at every race.
2000
Fernando Alonso (E) and Fabrice Walfish (F) and Marc Goossens (B)
Fernando turned out to be another star with a dominant win at Spa-Francorchamps giving the team a 1-2 finish with Marc Goossens (who filled in for Walfish) as a brilliant 2nd.
2001
Giorgio Pantano (I) and Ananda Mikola (Indonesia) and Enrico Toccacelo (I)
We eventually got what we deserved with Giorgio winning at Monza in the season's final race.
2002
Mario Haberfeld (Br) and Rob Nguyen (Aus)
2 podium finishes for Mario with Rob as top rookie of the year.
2003
Tony Schmidt (D) and Jeffrey Van Hooydonk (B)
First year without podium finishes but both drivers in the top 10 in nearly every race.
2004
Nico Verdonck (B) and Jan Heylen (B) and Olivier Tielemans (NL) and Raffaele Giammaria (I)
After a financially difficult year for the team, the record was set straight in the last race of the championship at Monza. Raffaele Giammaria (in his first race with the team) put the car 2nd on the grid.
The pace of the car demonstrated by Raffaele Giammaria in that last race in Monza demonstrated the fact that the team is very good and that a team and a quick and experienced driver make the best combination.
2005
Toni Vilander (S) and Giacomo Ricci (I)
Toni was on pole for the first race and won the second race at Vallelunga. Although he was very competitive throughout the first 5 races, a series of pure bad luck prompted Toni’s departure from the team. The ever improving Giacomo Ricci finished up in 3rd place in the overall standings.
2006
A1GP Team China
Craig Dolby
With 6 podiums (5 wins), Craig won the Formula Renault Championship.
2007
A1GP Team China
1 podium finish at Eastern Creek, Australia with Ho Pin Tung.
